We offer annual plans designed to suit your needs. You can view the latest pricing and features on www.moneyXplier.com/plans.
Yes! We offer a Basic plan which is free. There is no expiry date of this plan and you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
Yes. Prices are exclusive of VAT and VAT item will show on your invoice.
Billing & Payments
You’ll be charged on the day when you subscribe to one of the price plans. Price plans are annual.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed via PayPal.
We do not hold any payment details on moneyXplier®. All payments are processed via PayPal.
Billing cycle are annual.
Adding and/or a user will not affect your pricing. Your subscription supports unlimited number of users.
Managing your subscription
Your subscription will be active until the end of the billing period. After that you have the option not renew your subscription. You will be notified 30 days before the end of your current billing period.
No—you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period. After the expiry of your current billing period you will be automatically downgraded to the Basic plan where you will still have access to the app, but limited to demo data.
Currently, pausing isn’t supported.
Yes—go to Company > Company Settings > Billing > Current Plan > Manage Subscription to manage or change your plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Yes! Our app supports multi-subscriptions associated with one user.
Refunds & Errors
We typically do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@bmim.co.uk.
We do not offer refunds when you downgrade your plan. Downgrades take effect in the next billing cycle. You will have a credit note available to use in your next billing cycle, which will reduce the subscription amount you will need to pay.
We use PayPal to process all payments. Check that your card details are up to date and that you have sufficient funds. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank.
Invoices & Account Info
Invoices are available in Company Settings > Payment History. You can view and download your invoices at any time.
Yes—head to Company > Company Settings and edit your billing details.
Trial & Renewal
There is no end to your Basic plan unless you upgrade to a paid subscription.
Yes—we’ll send a reminder 30 days before your current annual subscription ends, so that you can renew your subscription.
