Account settings

Profile & Personal Information

  • Go to Company Settings > Personal Preferences. Tap on the field you’d like to update, make your changes, and save.

  • Email address used to login into your account is fixed upon registration and cannot be changed.

Password & Login

  • Tap “Forgot Password?” on the login screen. Follow the instructions in the email we send to reset your password.

Preferences & App Settings

  • The app currently support English language only.

  • Default currency is set when you set up the Company for the first time. Should you need to change the currency for a company, head to Company Settings and select the edit button next to the company you’d like to make changes to and then update your currency symbol.

Privacy & Security

  • You can request deletion of your account data in accordance with our data policy.

  • No, unless you opt in for data deletion.

  • No. Deleting your account will permanently remove any link to the Company data.

  • Go to Company Settings > Log out

  • The system will log you out automatically on the expiry of your session.

  • Currently, 2FA is not available but will be coming soon.

Account Deletion

  • Go to Company Settings > Personal Preferences and click on Delete account. Follow the instructions on the system. Please note this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
